E-CONTENT FOR SUSTAINABLE DIGITAL WORLD

The Fourth Learning and Teaching Movement of the Erasmus+ KA201 project of Tokat Provincial Directorate of National Education numbered 2020-1-TR01-KA201-094533 “The Key to Global Life, Digital Transformation of Nature” was held between 12-18 March 2023 in Banská Bystrica, Slovakia, under the leadership of E-Code institution.

The mobility, which was led by the E-Code institution, was carried out under the theme of “Digital Game Design”. Tokat Provincial Directorate of National Education from Turkey, Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University; Participation was received from Lusofana University from Portugal and De Creative STEAM institutions from Belgium.

In events; Environment and climate change, water and energy, environmental pollution and recycling, and sustainable economy, such as climate and environmental issues, which are important to realize and the need of our world, were discussed and the development of digital games was discussed within the framework of these themes. In this way, it was emphasized that steps should be taken for a sustainable world by developing content that can appeal to individuals of all ages from 7 to 70.

Digital game development activities were carried out as workshops and teams were formed with participants from different countries. 10 digital games were designed with the perspectives of different countries in line with common purposes for global problems. Developed games were presented to other teams at the end of learning-teaching activities and feedback was received. The final version of the developed digital games will be pedagogically evaluated and published on the website as a result of on-site applications at the IES Padre school in Spain, expert opinions of Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University and Portugal Lusofana University academicians.
